Memberships are divided into tiers based on purchase history, with each tier offering its own earning potential for Barista Bucks. CB Members gain Milestone Bonuses in Barista Bucks as they progress from tier to tier.

Check your balance in-store:
We are happy to provide you with your Barista Bucks balance in person when you visit any Cloud Barista location.

*Please note that we take our clients' privacy seriously, and you will be required to provide a government-issued photo ID matching your membership before disclosing your information. Additionally, and without exception, we do not disclose membership information over the telephone or email.

Redeeming Barista Bucks for merchandise featured within the rewards program is exclusive to online shopping at cloudbarista.com.
In-store redemptions are for order discount rewards only.

Redeeming Barista Bucks online is a two-step process.

1. Visit either your Members' Rewards Hub or access the Rewards Quick Panel. There, you will find the rewards available for redemption.
2. Once selected and redeemed, you will be provided with a code for that reward. Copy this code into your cart at checkout to activate and claim the reward.

*Redeemed rewards will remain in your rewards wallet until activated at checkout or reach expiration.

We take our clients' privacy and account security seriously. Interaction with members' accounts, online and in-store, is exclusive to the named individual associated with the membership. An exception can be made for in-store interactions, such as order pickups or access to Barista Bucks Rewards, to allow an alternate user to be added to the membership.

How to add a second user to an active membership:
- The client must visit any Cloud Barista location in person, presenting a government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the desired member account.
- An alternate name may be added to the account at that time, and the account will be updated with the new user's full name and approval of access.
- As always, when interacting with Membership accounts in person, a government-issued photo ID is required, as this requirement is passed on to the alternate user.

Yes, Barista Bucks will expire if you have not earned or redeemed points for a continuous period of 6 months. We will always notify you before your points expire, first with a cautionary email 30 days prior to expiration, and then again 3 days prior to expiration.

Reward Expiry

Redemptions for Featured Merchandise Rewards are unique in that they expire seven days after the redemption date if not claimed within this timeframe. Featured Merchandise Rewards are designed to be claimed during or soon after the redemption of Barista Bucks, as we cannot guarantee stock availability beyond 7 days.

We will notify you by email 3 days before your Featured Merchandise Reward expires.
