Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day exchange policy on most items purchased from Cloud Barista. We do not offer refunds. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. Please consult the manufacturer’s warranty for further coverage.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only exchange defective or damaged items as received from the manufacturer. We will not exchange your item if it shows signs of abuse or mishandling (i.e. Dropped, run over by a big truck, or put through the washing machine)

We will only exchange your product for the same item. We will issue a store credit if that item is out of stock.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Cloud Barista membership; otherwise, all sales are final;
  • Have the original packaging;
  • Present the defective item to us in-store within 14 days of purchase (24 hours for Disposables);
  • If a defective item requires shipping, call or email us within 14 days of purchase(24 hours for Disposables);
  • Item is in the same condition it was received;

Disposables

We only exchange DOA (Dead on Arrival) or visibly leaking disposables out of the box. All disposable exchanges are subject to inspection.

We will not exchange disposables if:

- 24 hours have passed since purchase;

- Device shows signs of damage or alteration;

- Device does not perform to the labelled approximate puff count;

- Device is in working condition.

Cloud Barista reserves the right to refuse an exchange on any disposable if a suspected fraudulent claim. 

We do not exchange the following products:

  • Clearance/Sale Items;
  • All E-liquids;
  • Replaceable or closed system coils/pods
  • Gift Cards
  • Batteries

If your exchange is made in person and all criteria are met for approval, we will replace your defective item with the same item or store credit in the form of a Gift Card, redeemable online or in-store.

Shipping

To return a product via Canada Post, please ship to “Cloud Barista Vape Shop” at 153 St. Anne’s Rd. Winnipeg, MB. R2M 2Z5. You will be responsible for non-refundable shipping costs.

Please note that exchange times may vary depending on where you live and how long it takes to ship. If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, add tracking to your shipment and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee, nor shall we accept responsibility for, lost packages in transit.

Gifts

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
