Delivery Charge:

- $10.00 $5.00 Flat rate (Reduced Rate in effect)

- Free Delivery with a purchase of $80.00 or more. (before taxes)

 

Delivery Radius:

- Within city limits of Winnipeg, Manitoba

 

Delivery days/hours are as follows:

- Monday through Saturday | 12 noon – 8:00 pm

- Same-day delivery order cutoff: 6:00 pm

 

Delivery Scheduling:

Our friendly staff are happy to accept your order and schedule a delivery window over the phone within regular business hours.

Alternatively, you may order online. First by entering your full address then selecting “Ohm Delivery” from the shipping selection during checkout at cloudbarista.com, include your contact phone number, and a representative will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

- Scheduling is first-come/ first-served.

- Availability may vary based on order volume.

- We allow for scheduling up to a week in advance to better service your needs.

 

Payment:

- All delivery orders, including delivery charges, are to be paid in full at the time of scheduling.

- You may pay by credit card or EMT (Electronic Money Transfer).

- Our driver will not accept/carry cash or accept debit transactions.

- All delivery purchases fall under our regular exchange policies and are non-refundable. In-Store Exchange only. 

- Tipping is permitted upon delivery, but not required.

 

Proof of Age:

As always, the Cloud Barista is an 18+ and ID required establishment. Please be prepared to display government issued identification to our driver to complete your delivery. 

- Due to age verification laws, the recipient must be the person who placed the order.

 

Your Delivery Driver:

One of our in-house drivers will hand-deliver your purchase to your home or place of work. Equipped with Cloud Barista identification for your ease of mind and protection, punctual and always with a smile!

- Our driver will call you at the number you provided upon scheduling when they arrive onsite with your delivery.

- If you have become unavailable during your scheduled delivery window, we ask that you call us a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled delivery window.

- If delivery can not be completed due to client unavailability, we reserve the right to charge a $5.00 per reattempt, or you may elect to pick up your purchase at our retail location.

- Delivery charges are not refundable.
