Cloud Barista - Shipping Policy
We offer various Canada Post shipping options in Canada All shipping rates are automatically calculated on the checkout page.
We process all in-stock orders five days a week (Monday to Friday 8 AM, to 4 PM CST)
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM CST the same day. Although under some circumstances, it may take longer, and reserve the right to take up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. In those circumstances, we always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.
Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than average order volume, an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.
Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.
Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund; shipping fees are not refundable.
E-liquid (or e-juice) can only be cancelled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel/refund/credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities. You can check the status of e-juice that is on your order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right to substitute smaller bottle sizes for larger bottles to fulfill your order promptly. Meaning if you order 120ml, we may send you 4x30ml or 2x60mL instead.
Proof of Age
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+ depending on your province) option on every single package, with no exceptions.
Because we utilize this option for all shipments, a signature will be obtained upon delivery of all purchases. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.
Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.
We cannot remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, under Canadian law. Only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
This service from Canada Post carries a service charge of CAD 3.00. Creative Clouds Canada charges half of that charge for this service, CAD $1.50 to the customer, calculated into shipping charges during checkout.

Barista Bucks Free Shipping is valid up to, but not exceeding $20.00 shipping per order. Orders with shipping charges exceeding $20.00 will be subject to regular shipping charges.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Please note: you may receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but will not be shipped until the following business day.

Shipping within Canada (Estimated)
Expedited - Next day locally, 1 to 2 business days regionally, and three to five business days nationally.
Xpresspost - Next day locally, 1 to 2 business days regionally, and two business days nationally.
Every package shipped by Cloud Barista is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only.
Canada Post does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.
We ship to Canada only.
